Face Mask Favorites

I love skincare but I am particularly obsessed with face masks. There is so many options sold out there whether it's just to have the skin feel nice or to target something specific. Like the rest of your skincare, it's important to use products that are best for your skin type. I wanted to share my ride or die, most used, most loved face masks. I have tried so many but these just wow me every time. I like to apply them for about 10-30 minutes depending on the product while I watch TV, clean, or just relaxing. Also, don't worry I will include links and prices for you! Let's get started:

This mask is nice because it's very quick and works well. It's perfect for whenever I notice a break out but I'm in a rush to go somewhere. This doesn't get rid of it right away but it definitely calms it down getting rid of the redness and inflammation. I like to use this as a spot treatment while I'm getting ready. It's also less messy than several other masks and can easily be cleaned off a damp washcloth.

Origins Clear Improvement Charcoal Mask (Regular $26 and With Honey $34)

This is hands-down the best clay mask ever! It does a great job of deep cleaning and clearing my skin. I can definitely notice that it makes my pores look smaller and clears my breakouts. This mask helps flush out all the icky bad stuff and excess oil from your skin. The version with honey still does the same things but hydrates a little more, perfect for my combination skin. I alternate between the two depending on how my skin feels. I don't think I can ever live without these!

This mask is probably my first or second favorite. This stuff is a magic do it all mask. Whenever I notice that my skin is being stubborn and starts looking really dull, breaking out in several places, or having a lot of texture issues this is my number one go to. After washing this off, my skin instantly looks and feels better. Even the next day my skin looks completely smooth, soft, clear, and radiant. This mask is also intended to help uneven skin tones, fine lines, and wrinkles. It's very pricey but definitely worth the hefty price tag. I usually get this whenever Sephora has a sale. Keep in mind that this one is also very powerful with AHA/BHA so it might not be great for extra sensitive skin.

Another mask with a big price tag but also very worth it! This mask is perfect when I freak out about aging and getting wrinkles. Besides who wouldn't want to wear a mask with real gold in it?! This makes my skin look so much more youthful, glowy, and firm. I also look way less tired than I probably am. 24k gold has been known to have great anti-aging benefits for the skin. This is intended to help with the loss of elasticity, dullness, and uneven texture. This definitely feels luxurious when I'm applying in onto my skin.

This is a great mask for acne prone skin and contains 10% sulfur. I feel like this really absorbs into my skin and helps all different kinds of break outs whether it's from hormones or stress. It also helps prevent new breakouts from forming. Keep in mind that this does have a very distinct strong scent.

Honorary mention

Clearly, Origins is one of my favorite brands... The Rose Clay mask is amazing for cleaning and exfoliating the skin. I like to use this instead of an exfoliator sometimes. This mask helps get rid of dead skin cells which then smooths my texture and makes my pores look smaller. The rose also helps make my skin look more glowy and radiant. This mask also feels very satisfying when rubbing in the jojoba beads.
